Try using a face wash with tea tree oil in it (something like Desert Essence) once a day to help dry them up. Tea tree oil is also naturally antibacterial. There is no need to use antibiotics on puppy acne. Both my boys had them and they went away pretty much on their own. -- Alyssa.
