Hi Patty, We use rubber bands looped around the knobs, but if we forget.... Ymmmmy! Pork chop bones! (this morning) We did buy some baby locks, but they wouldn't work with our cabinets.I am on the hunt for a different model that will work with our cupboards and close automatically. One other thing I did was to put two mouse traps right in front of the cupboard where we keep the garbage. You can guess how loud I yelped when I forgot they were there and stepped on them...
