Have you been only looking the PA area? My rescue came from Arkansas and they transported her to me. I picked her up in Jersey(I live in NYC, or at least for the next 12 hours I will). So it's quite possible to look in other states. There's a bunch, I saw one in Texas that looked wonderful!
