For what it's worth, Selma leaked urine in her sleep like you're describing -- a little circle -- before and since she got spayed. Given all her bladder infection problems, I have chalked it up to an associated issue. Selma is now on a maintenance dose of cranberry (one pill with breakfast everyday), and now that I think on it, we haven't seen the urine circles in quite a while. Maybe it's helping. Certainly isn't hurting!
