I use Nature's Miracle stain & odor remover; works great. Namely for regurgitation (ZOE doesn't pee in house), if you don't clean it up right away you may have to do it twice to remove any possible stain. If you scoop it up right away with 2 dust pans and paper and then spray chemical on and let it sit for about a minute, no stain will occur in carpets. Oh, don't be frugal when spraying. It leaves no odor. $9 for 32 ozs. I buy by the gallon - cheaper!
