Well, you could use some Walnut flower essences in the water bowl to ease the transition. I've found it very helpful in situations that require flexibility -- fosters coming and going, our schedule changes, etc.
I would totally ignore any and all pacing or other signs of stress. No eye contact, no soothing, nothing. Go on about your business and act like everything is normal -- because it is.
Also, even though you're home tonight and tomorrow, I'd crate her for a few hours and just leave the house so she knows you'll be back -- no sudden jolt back into the old routine in a new place.
If the sound of the door continues to wig her out, then you can call her to you, ask her to sit, then reward her with really yummy treats. She'll come to associate the sound of the door with good stuff and it shouldn't be so weird anymore. But for now, I'd ignore it and see if she does, too.
