KT - I am so sorry your girl isn't feeling well and know you must be worried. First, are you feeding her twice a day? I assume you are, but if not, split her food into two servings per day. My now almost 5 yr old boy had years of on and off stomach issues and when it was really bad, spent tons of $$ on bloodwork, etc. which at times showed possible pancreatitis. By trial and error, we figured that it was a combination of stress when kenneled twice a year for vacations and his kibble. We now use a dog sitter in our home. I also made the switch to Honest Kitchen dehydrated raw food. After bungling around with the whole raw concept, I decided the cost was worth it to me. With these two changes, my boy has not had an upset tummy in a year and a half.
For the time being, ask your vet about putting her on metronidazole for a week or so. This calms the insides down and reduces inflammation.
If all the other tests come back negative or undetermined, maybe look into changing your girls diet, even though the kibble you feed her is very high quality. Some dogs' systems just need a different food and only trial and error can get you to the best solution for her.
Good luck!
Ellen
