I don't know much about pancreatitis, but it seems like a smart course is to take her off her kibble and feed her boiled hamburger until she gets her next xray or you get something back from the bloodwork. It's VERY unlikely that she would bloat on something like boiled hamburger. If anything brilliant strikes me, I'll post again. Maybe someone else will have some ideas.
BTW, Lucius has been flipped and xrayed twice. It's not as bad as it sounds.
