Walks are fine. Running on lead is a no-no generally until they're 18 months. And the most important thing is that if she is tired and doesn't want to walk, she gets to go home. Puppies get a pass, though I think they rarely use it. 
Also, people only do fun runs with puppies in lure coursing until they're 18 months. Nothing really fast until their growth plates are well fused.
