I was going to echo the thought of seeing a chiropractor. The tail is an extension of the spine and gentle manipulation may help lessen the bend in it. If someone suggests cutting a tendon in the tail to "relax" the tail, just know that is an unacceptable surgical alteration that will immediately disqualify your dog from competition.
I know of one CH who has a true and obvious kink in his tail. The breeder said his tail was stepped on in the whelping box. I'm not entirely convinced that was the case, but he did finish with some famous-face handling help.
