Hi Alison,
Our poor kids. They have so much fun tearing around and end up getting injured..
We rest them up and then they go out and do it again!
Thank goodness for crates for down and resting time.
Sorry I don't have any answers or suggestions..just feeling the pain

I think maybe play areas that are padded wall to wall might be the answer
but then my boys would chew the walls
