Home needed for small female rat in South MS

I just rescued a beautiful small female rat from a home where she had been neglected by her owners. She is 9 months old, about 10 pounds, not spayed or vaccinated. Her name is Roxy and she needs a good home with lots of room to play. She is not house broke, but seems to be very smart. I've only had her for a day, but she would make someone a wonderful dog. We live in South MS. Thanks.
