Hi, I'm from the beagle board but I volunteer at the Kent County SPCA in Camden, DE. There is a rat terrier named Tuff who has been there for over 3 weeks. Petfinder PetNotes He is the cutest little guy and I love his spirit. He isn't good with kids but he likes to cuddle and he is certainly already housebroken. If anyone in Delaware, Maryland or PA is looking for a new pet check him out. Or if any rescues could help him. He really needs to get out of the shelter. There is contact info on his Petfinder page.
