HELP!
The reason I am writing is this: I own a Rat Terrier myself, so I am partial to the breed. I happened to see a female Rattie on http://www.DogsInDanger.com/. She is scheduled to be put down on 29 February.

Does anyone know of a way she could be rescued? I live in the Wash DC area myself, and unfortunately I am partially disabled. So traveling to TN would be very difficult for me. Anyone have contacts close to Johnson City??
