hhhmmmm thats soo weird.. we are really full but I wonder why they didnt get a photo and put him in the SOS file. Write again and say that you would at least like him to be placed in the SOS folder so that if a foster home opens up someone can take him.. Honestly I might be able to if he gets in the sos folder. Im in jacksonville florida. I could possibly foster him.
