We have a 3-4 year old Rat Terrier in Moore Oklahoma who needs a loving home. She's incredibly thin and has scrapes and sores on the entire lower half of her body. These are healing nicely and she's coming out of her shell quickly, but I'm afraid she was abused at some point in the not too distant past.
