We have a 3-month-old purebred Rat Terrier puppy in foster care that shattered her elbow yesterday. She is a tiny, adorable little creature. We have been quoted $4,000 for surgical repair! We have a foster home for the recovery time, but funds are limited as we have a few other dogs with serious medical issues right now. Any rescue groups out there for this breed?!? We are located in Washington state.
Any help would be appreciated!
