Hi my name is chandra, and i have a 1 1/2 year old male rat terrier.... I am 12 years old, and i live in windom minnesota. I am giving away my dog, because we are moving, and cant keep him anymore. He is about 15 pounds, he is the sweetest puppy, he is not neutered, loves everybody, loves cats and dogs, and he is the best dog i have ever had.
