I have a pure breed rat terrier that I rescued a few months ago that my landlord will not let me keep because he is over the 30 pound weight limit allowed. I have tried to find him a home with no luck. Could any of you help? I live in Clackamas, Oregon and need someone close. You can email me and I can give you the details of his rescue and all that I know about him since I got him. My email is tknsk@whoever.com. I look at my email daily and will respond quickly.
