I don't have a home for you, but, sometimes rat terriers get that way when they are not touched and played with after they are born. Puppies need to be socialized from the time they are born. If that critical period is missed he may get fearful of things. It is important to know who you are getting a puppy from. FOR THOSE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A LITTLE PUPPY, FIND OUT WHERE THE PUPPIES ARE KEPT (inside, outside, barn,). That will help you in making a wise choice.
