I thought of some more things. You can pay to neuter just one pet, make a donation of time or money, you can be a foster mom, or simply pull from the shelter. You can take dogs to and from the vets for local rescue groups. Their is a program called neuter scooter that helps neuter cats, for very little money. Transportation, cross country transportation, giving baths for a local group. You can help by just joining a group and going to their Petsmart Days where they try to sell their rescues. There are a million more ways, but I'll stop for now.
