Seafood Gumbo and potato salad and hush puppies and pecan pie for one meal.
Christmas night we will be tucking into Oysters Bienville and BBQ shrimp and Paul's Potatoes ( son's recipe ) and lots of french bread to sop up the bowls. Paul asked for Green Dessert ( pistachio pudding and cool whip and crushed pineapple and teeny marshmallows)
On Saturday, we go home to MS for Gran's chicken and dumplings, a table full of veggies, and a piano top ladened with the usual desserts...that's MS country style.
The next week, it's salad and more salad...heh..
