.....pumpkin hummus (with veggies), apple, pear and walnut salad, cornish game hens, wild & brown rice and flan for dessert. Not our usual, but what the heck?

X-mas Eve we're having the usual Prime Rib roast, popovers & potatoes. Nice mid-west food, huh?
