and this is just me talking, when it comes to that person, I'd like to "out" them.
The best thing to do is to just prohibit comments. Obviously, they have too much time on their hands and a juvinile mind, which is nothing new. Maybe IE could pull their account rights if they pull that stuff. I don't think IE tolerates that behavior.
