I created a monster when I introduced my son to McDonald's iced coffee. But being a very frugile person, he found the recipe online.
He said you make a 12-cup pot of coffee, but make it at least 2X stronger than you normally would. He made it 3X stronger (and stayed up all night).
After the coffee is done, set it aside until it is warm, but not super hot. Add one can (or a little less, if you want) of Eagle Brand Milk. Stir until mixed, and refrigerate.
When you want a cup of iced coffee, pour this mixture over a LOT of crushed ice. The crushed ice will help dilute the strength of the coffee.
I'm going to make a batch this week. I'll probably use 1/2 can of Eagle Brand Milk, because I don't like it real sweet.
