Need rat puppy advise

Hi, I just got a new rat puppy that is now 12 weeks old. He's a great little pup but is very bitey. He is not agressive but the play biting gets excessive and he can just be obnoxious. Any advise on how to handle excessive biting in my little guy? Thanks
