Chondrodysplasia

This is a Rat Terrier (That's what the pet store called him), from a pet store in our area. The owners paid $600 for him. No health guarantee, no neuter contract. I've seen healthier better looking dogs from puppy mill raids...sigh! Some picture examples for comparison
