It's submissive peeing and it will get better. The thing is NOT to contribute to it by the way you speak to him.
When you speak to him and reach out to pet him, you likely speak in a higher pitch and what is happening is he is trying to show you he understands you are the boss and he doesn't want any problems so he is going to tell you he is low man. Instead, try talking to him in a NORMAL voice with no emotion in it. Just stay "Your a good boy" in almost a monotone. Don't pet him and don't look him in the eye. As you walk past him, talk to him in that monotone voice. When you do try and pet him, do it outside, but again, in that really monotone, not looking him in the eye and very casual and try not to go for the head, pat him on the back.
As he realizes he doesn't need to worry, the peeing will stop. It may take a couple weeks or longer, so don't be discouraged.
