The intake manifold likely has a metal "turkey tray" oil splash guard under it, which keeps the oil from splashing up from the internals onto the underside of the hot intake. This pan also doubles as the manifold gasket. The thin metal eventually corrodes, allowing leaks.
You might re-torque the manifold bolts, but that likely won't cure the problem. Either live with it, or replace the tray, or-- you can get a splash guard from Mondello that bolts on internally to the block and does not double as a gasket. You then use a regular gasket on the intake.
Lots of work, so unless it's splashing all over the engine compartment, just clean it up with a rag after you drive it!
