Looking to decode a 1968 olds 442 cowl tag that was made in Canada. I am looking to buy the car it has a numbers matching 400/ 4spd/ paint looks like saphire blue (or some type of metallic blue) white seats with black carpet. looks like it was a bench but someone added buckets.
