Yes, the Olds record are pretty much gone. Nothing like Pontiac has with the PHS, unless your Olds was made or sold new in Canada.
I can as much of a decode as possible with your POP and body tag.
Depends what you mean "numbers matching", as with Olds that by itself is an unspecific term.
