horn/junction block

I have a 1967 CS convertable. The junction block I have is on th drivers side fender. It looks like all the other ones Ive seen except on the bottom side there is a fuse with two prongs.The fuse is broken. Im guessing it has to do with my horn because it doent work anymore. Can someone tell me where to find a replacement one or how to bypass it and get my horn working
