Appreciate the info. I was under the mistaken impression that since the 14x6 SS1 would not fit discs that the 14x6 stamped steel would not as well.
The car has some vintage but very nice 15" Keystones with Olds center caps on it now, but want to make sure I don't waste time on wheels that won't fit!

: As a note here, Olds did make an all chrome 14
: x 6 SSI wheel that does fit disc brakes.
: Mid-year '69, Olds offered the SSI that fit
: discs, and it was like the '66-'67s (stamped
: ID 795C), but it is externally identified by
: a "safety bead" in the rim not on
: the 795Cs. It is stamped 810.

: This link shows that a 442 with front discs
: came with a 14" x 6" stamped steel
: wheel. My turnpike
: cruiser also has 4 piston discs on the front
: and
: has 14" heavy duty stamped steel
: wheels.
: (2nd link shows that)

: What is factory correct for '67 with disc
: brakes is 14x6 steel wheel.

: Disc brakes were an option in 67.
: SS1's or 14x6 steel wheels won't fit discs.
: I believe 14x7's were introduced later.
: Does anyone know what's factory correct for
: a 67 with disc brakes?
