Bob, Turn the wiper switch to the off position, then remove each wiper arm and remount it in the position that you prefer. The arms have a little tang on the back side that releases them as you pull up. Place a towel or something over the arm so it doesnt fly up in the air if it slips out of your hand. Good luck.
