They're currently not reproduced. Your best bet is ebay. Expect to pay $200-400 for a decent used one, more if in excellent or refurbished condition.
If you're looking for something else, you can order from any of the aftermarket houses (OPGI, YearOne, etc.) and substitute the Chevy horn button with an SSI wheel cap insert.
