As the moon moves over the sun, Mars is off to the top right some distance at about the 1 o’clock position. Regulus is off bottom at about an 8 o’clock position quite close to the sun. And Murcury is some distance off bottom at about a 6:30 position.
That computer software is called "Stellarium." And it is as good as very expensive planetarium software - you can view planets and stars from the surfaces of the planets - and all kinds of similar things. One very interesting view is of Earth from the surface of Saturn with its rings showing on its horizon. For those interested in star gazing this free software is a treat beyond just watching the eclipse.
