Most preachers use Scripture in identifying who Jesus "really is", but 2x2 preachers leave their hearers to figure that out for themselves. And depending on whether their hearers use Scripture in figuring out who Jesus "really is" or not is just how nuch of a gem that quote is.
As a 2x2 I took the que and went to see who God's word say that Jesus "really is." And the first time I told another 2x2 who Scripture says Jesus "really is," I was shown that I was no longer a 2x2 because I said that God's word says that Jesus is God in human flesh, who was in the beginning with God and was even then God. And I remain not a 2x2 after seeing who Jesus really is because 2x2s generally scoff at the idea that Jesus is really God in human flesh. It is no wonder that workers NEVER tell their hearers who Jesus "really is." because if they did, they would show that their idea of copying Jesus, making themselves look like saviors is actually "the devil's tactics" that workers practice very regularly, the blind leading the blind right into the gutter.
