Observe, please, what you can see with your eyes every wakeful moment of your life and consider how this visible universe is reality. There are only two possibilities.
The first possibility is that the material universe has always existed.
The second possibility is that the material universe was created - that it has a beginning.
So apply science if you will to both possibilities and observe the results. The observable second law of thermodynamics applied to the possibility that the material universe has always existed makes that possibility self-refuting -- if it has always existed it would have used up all of its usable energy (ceased to exist) eons ago. And that observation being discredited by just that one scientific observation, leaves only one possibility - that the material universe had a beginning. And to have a beginning it is necessary that it had a cause - God, who exists outside of the material universe (including time and space). There is no other observable possibility for the existence of what we can see with our eyes while we are not asleep.
