Unfortunately, many folks today have lost sight of the distinction between judging people's salvation and evaluating and testing their words and actions. The first is God's purview, while the second is something that Christians (and any reasoning person) should do. In fact, the Bible tells Christians to exercise discernment, to test, to question. That isn't judging people's souls.
Two by Two workers and friends, from the very beginnings of the sect's existence, have indeed taken it upon themselves to judge other people's souls as damned/lost, which is wrong. Others make the same mistake. It is wrong, as well, to go in the other direction and argue for abandoning discernment, questioning and testing.
In my experience, when someone responds to an observation or question with "You're judging me." or "Don't judge." what they are actually doing is trying to distract from something that is transparently wrong, rather than acknowledging or dealing with the wrong. By that ridiculous standard, accusing someone of judging is in itself judging.
