Especially those who hypocritically condemn others for judging.
We are not to judge unrighteously is the lesson. not that we are to not judge at all as some would have you believe.
Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
And he rebuked them for leaving off judgment
This same Jesus Christ is quoted: John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment."
The Corinthians were told to judge righteously.
1Co_6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
1Co_6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
1Co_6:5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
We are to judge what others say:
1Co_14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
We judge when we reason:
2Co_5:14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
The Pharisees omitted the weightier matters of the law which included judgment:
Mat_23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
And so, let everyone judge whether and how we are to judge.
And let those who condemn others for judging righteously judge themselves for hypocrisy for telling others not to judge.
