Post Palate Repair- WILL NOT TAKE BOTTLE

Hi, My little girl had palate repair last week and now will not take her bottle at all. She's not good with a sippy cup and is drinking very little that way currently. I can get water in her with a syringe but thats it. She used to be a pro with the haberman nipple... Anyone else dealt with this?? What did you do? thanks
