Hi Rebecca. I know you are having bad times.
But you have really big advantage that you must use it everyminute. I think only treatment is surgery for most PRS. But depending on the hospital and doctors they recommend different action (Jaw Dis, TLA, Trach, trumpet).
Choose your way, get good surgeon. Use your advantage everytime.
There are many stories the parents were given only TLA and Trach, or only trach, or only distraction.(Depending on surgeons comfort).
Some parents does not have time to decide which is best. (get something they get offered)
Use your advantages everytime. Good luck.
