Our son is now 7 and had isolated PRS as a baby until the age of 15 mo when he trach was removed...he never had jaw distraction and the jaw grew out on its own....our son is now developmentally perfect...all you see now is a tiny scar at the base of his neck from the trach as a baby...
Our question is...he has lost his first tooth on the bottom and the "tooth" that is coming in looks a little "off"...have any of you had experiences where the permanent teeth aren't formed correctly??
We figured if there were any problems w/ teeth, this would have happened with no baby teeth forming at all...his baby teeth are formed perfectly....white w/ enamel filling up his mouth w/ no problem....this permanent tooth coming in seems too skinny and thin...(he lost the tooth yesterday)....
any comments or help would be great!
