PRS - Medical Bed

Hi everyone, i have a neighbour, who's child has PRS and is now 5 years old and has spent 95% of his life in the hospital. They have now been told that if they could purchase a medical bed ($15,000.00) their child would be able to come home, I know nothing of this condition but i do know he has a lot of seizures and that is one of the main reason he is in the hospital. Does anyone know how to go about getting a bed for this child without the major cost involved. We are located in T.O. Thank you for any help that you might be able to give.
