PRS & difficulty teething???

Has anyone noticed it being harder with teething for your PRS child/infant? Gabe being my only child I have nothing to gauge it by but it seems like its a little abnormal. He has his two bottoms and they popped out together at 6 months old. He starting going crazy with teething at 3 months old. Now he is 9 months old and I think the tops are about to come out but he is in a lot of pain. Anyone have advice or notice the same type of thing???
