My daughter had a big head too. in fact, we called her our Liddle Kiddle. For those of you who never heard of these dolls the heads were out of proportion to the bodies which were quite small. She was in proportion by age 5. (She just turned 37 this month) Large heads do run in my family and most of her cousins had doctors measuring their heads too
