Bronchoscopy

My daughter is having a Bronchoscopy tomorrow morning. The Dr told us that would give us more answers. I am very concerned that she will need a Tracheotomy. She goes not like having a dirty diaper and will cry to let everyone know. When she cries and works herself her tongue rolls back and blocks her airway.

Anyone know what we should expect from the bronchoscopy?
