Hi! i have a 9 mo. old baby boy who is going to have his palate repaired in the next month (i am frightened), and last time i saw the surgeon he mentioned the possibility of placing ear tubes (my son had some fluid when he was assessed) at the same time of the repair, my boy has had only 1 ear infection since he was born and it happened last week and we noticed it because it just happened that he had a follow up app. to check his weight, anyways i have been reading these posts since last august and i have read that the ear tubes actually come off at the time of the surgery is anyone familiar with this? i would really appreciate some advise, i will definitely bring this up during our pre-op visit but i would like to have some input from different people..well thank you all so much, God Bless!!
