Take n' Toss cups are the best b/c they require almost no suction. Munchkin brand is ok, but a tad messy in my opinion. I found great success with CottonTails brand take-n-toss cups (CottonTails) can be found at Giant Food Stores - I don't know where else.) My son is 17 months old and had his palate repair 2 1/2 months ago - he is completely off the bottle as of a few days ago, using the take n toss cups, but still is unable to create enough suction to use any "regular" sippy cup with a valve.
