:well, I just had one by an ent doctor a few weeks ago. the doctor numbed my nose with spray annastetic that looked like brown iodine. It felt cold first when dr. chow sprayed it. he showed me the scopes and numming medicane that he was going to use first. he made it comfortable for me by setting a head rest up on the back of his chair and asked me to lean back. he used this long ( about 3 feet ) scope to put in my left nostril. he kept telling me to relax and stay still. the warnining i will give you is you have to wait until 30 minutes is over unil he or she can eat.
